The Sacral Chakra is located just below your navel and is about emotions, creativity, relationships, and flow. When this energy center is balanced, you feel joy, passion, and ease in your creative expression. But, when it is blocked, you might feel stuck - emotionally or creatively - or struggle to enjoy life's simple pleasures.

In Chapter 10 of The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent, Abraham-Hicks teaches us that desire is the spark of creation, and allowing is the flow that brings it to life. This is perfect reflection of the Sacral Chakra energy. Resistance - whether it is fear, overthinking, or doubt - is what blocks that flow. So how do we align with both desire and allowing?

   Close your eyes and picture a glowing orange light swirling just below your navel. Take deep breaths and repeat the affirmation: I am in the flow of creation. My desires come to me effortlessly. Feel the warmth and energy of this flow.

3. Movement to Release Energy:

   The Sacral Chakra loves movement! Try dancing freely to your favorite song or doing hip opening yoga poses like Cat-Cow or hip circles. This will release stuck energy and invite creative flow into your life.
